3. Hey Arnold
This cartoon is centered around a boy named Arnold that has a football shaped head. He is helpful to others, and his friends ask him for advice all the time. However, he often gets too involved in his friends business. He has a secret lover named Helga that he does not know about, and she is the meanest kid in the neighborhood. Arnold has two close friends, Harold and Sid.
4. Dexter’s Laboratory
Dexter is a genius who has a laboratory hidden in his room that is filled with inventions. He lives with his sister, Dee Dee, who always finds a way to get into his hidden laboratory even though he uses multiple passwords or hidden switches to keep her out. When Dee Dee gets into the laboratory, she always plays with Dexter’s inventions and often destroys them. Dexter has an arch-nemesis named Mandark who has his own laboratory as well. Unlike Dexter who uses his inventions for good, Mandark invents things that allow him to gain power for himself. Dexter is smarter and builds better inventions, and Mandark often tries to steal to steal his ideas.
